Cancellationpolicy
If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call or text. If your dog is in heat you need to reschedule!
If you fail to cancel by phone/text more than 24 hours prior to appointment you will be charged a fee of half the price of the groom.
I am always happy to help with rescheduling and cancellations so please be considerate and give notice more than 24 hours prior. Thank you.
